RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We stand behind the quality of our garments and want you to be confident in your purchase.

Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• In original condition with all tags attached

• Items showing signs of wear, odor, or damage will not be accepted.

Eligible Items

Non-Returnable Items

• Final Sale items

• Custom, made-to-order, or personalized pieces

• Accessories, hats, socks, or undergarments

• Gift cards

All sale items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.

Pre-Order Returns

• Pre-order purchases are eligible for return if the item does not fit.

• Pre-order returns must meet the same eligibility requirements listed above.

• Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

• If your desired exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Email info@nohsan.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost.

• NOHSAN reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy standards.

• Abuse of the return policy may result in future order restrictions

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

• During high-volume releases, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing

• Expedited Shipping (if selected): 2–3 business days after processing

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

International Shipping

• International shipping is available to select countries.

• Delivery times vary by destination and carrier, typically 7–14 business days after processing.

• Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their country.

NOHSAN is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Pre-Order Shipping

• Items marked PRE-ORDER are produced in limited quantities and ship on the timeline stated on the product page.

• If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may ship together once all items are available unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout.

NOHSAN is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
