RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We stand behind the quality of our garments and want you to be confident in your purchase.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:

Unworn

Unwashed

In original condition with all tags attached

Items showing signs of wear, odor, or damage will not be accepted.

Full-priced apparel

Footwear (must be returned in original packaging)

Non-Returnable Items

Final Sale items

Custom, made-to-order, or personalized pieces

Accessories, hats, socks, or undergarments

Gift cards

All sale items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.

Pre-Order Returns

Pre-order purchases are eligible for return if the item does not fit.

Pre-order returns must meet the same eligibility requirements listed above.

Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If your desired exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Email info@nohsan.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost.

ADDITIONAL NOTES 

NOHSAN reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy standards.

Abuse of the return policy may result in future order restrictions.
